New Code Emotional Intelligence

Emotional wellbeing is one of the top requisites of life today. It creates a bridge between the mind and body. We all try to achieve this balance throughout our lives. As a child, it is all the more necessary that they understand its importance as the connection between mind and body can have implications both ways: positive as well as negative. If they can be made to understand that their reactions need not depend on what is happening around them, rather on their own way of understanding the stimulus, it can be helpful in creating a healthy Emotional Quotient. And this is the first stage to introduce the emotional wellness: making them understand, express, and take their own decision accordingly.
